First pair of R.A.Ds?
If you are purchasing your first pair of R.A.D footwear you are eligible for free shipping. On your first pair of R.A.D® ONES, use code RADROOKIE at checkout. No minimum spend applies. Applies to UK customers only.
On your first pair of R.A.D® R-1s, use code R1ROOKIE at checkout. Codes can be used once. No minimum spend applies. Applies to UK customers only.
You are also eligible for an extended 30 day return policy from delivery – try them and if you are not entirely happy, return with no questions asked. Applicable once per model of shoe. Applied automatically.
Changing an order
You have 15 minutes from the time an order is placed to make amendments, including changing a products colour, size, adding or removing products, and updating your personal details.
Cancelling an order
If you change your mind after placing your order we may be able to stop it being shipped, but this isn’t guaranteed. Please contact us at support@rad-global.com and we will try to help. Please note, our support team is not available 24 hours a day.
If we cannot stop it being shipped you can return the item using the returns process outlined here.
UK shipping
Orders typically leave the warehouse 1-2 business days after the order is placed and are delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with us at support@rad-global.com
There is a charge of £4.99 to ship any order.
Your order may be sent from any of our global warehouses however, you will not be charged more for this.
EU shipping
We're able to ship to the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We'll be shipping orders from our UK warehouse. Shipping will cost €20.
Your order may be sent from any of our global warehouses however, you will not be charged more for this.

EU order limit
EU orders are limited to a maximum product value of €150, not including shipping. If you go over this limit, you’ll be notified in the cart. As a result we’ve set the price of the R.A.D® One at €145 and the R.A.D® R-1 at €140.
