Refund policy
R.A.D® aims to ensure next-level customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or refund.
Returns should be made within 14 days of order delivery, and the item must be in the original packaging with any additional items (e.g. extra laces)
The returned item(s) must be unworn and in new condition. If any worn products are returned, they will be refused a refund.
UK Returns
Footwear and Apparel can be exchanged once for free. After that a returns handling fee will apply.
Returns will incur a returns fee of £4.99 - this will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Socks cannot be returned.
Allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

- The post code that was used for your delivery address
EU Returns
Customers may choose to receive account credit or refund to the original payment method.
Returns will incur a returns fee of €7 - this will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Socks cannot be returned.
